Marin, the little thug who is running the Information System Department at the SCI, broke into the server hosting my website, stole a couple of students records-- I stored many files in there to make room in my own computers -- , providing the DOE a fraudulent evidence of student privacy violation. Why Matthew Martucci (former NYPD cop), assigned to investigate my web sites, needed Marin if the records were accessible to the general public as they claimed ?
When I confronted Marin with the index (R22) in his second appearance (on my request), he claimed he accessed it by simply typing wwww.teacherabuse.com/MCHS and pressing ENTER. He admitted that the index was not posted (T1517).The charges were about posting student records, not storing them in a password-protected memory, which is legitimate. Now, accessing the index is tantamount to accessing all the folders and files visible on it : in a couple of clicks one could copy and paste them in a CD, and he did , providing the DOE a fraudulent evidence.
The following exchange took place when the index issue did not surface yet :
The Hearing Officer : And I want to further this. Since we don't have an attorney I want to make sure the questions are -- and it's your testimony that you had no
way to access the -- you were not accessing the server in the way that Mr. Fofana
showed us earlier? [ I used my laptop and a multimedia projector, went online using my Verizon Wireless account to demonstrate how the bastard broke into the server ]
Marin : Correct; I used no specialized tools to access the server.
The Hearing Officer : And to take another way, in other words, as Mr. Fofana is
suggesting, which would be -- I'm -- Mr. Fofana, please interrupt me if this -- is
not accurate. What I sensed from Mr. Fofana's suggestion is that only a specialist or expert would have been able to get this information and -- in other words, it was
not in the public eye (T1106)

Why would the director of the Information System Department himself be directly involved in the investigation if a regular user could do the job, if Martucci could do it ?
