PETTIFOGGING

We object to Deborah M. Gaines, Esq. being member of the arbitrators panel presiding over the 3020-a proceedings, when she is or was affiliated with the Department of Education (DOE), a party of the arbitration ( evidence below.) If Ms. Gaines made a negative determination in your case, you could reopen it and have it thrown out in court, even in a city where judgeship is for sale.
We object to Arthur Riegel, Esq. being member of the panel when he arbitrated for years between schools and teachers appealing the rejection of their applications in the school-based option transfer plan.
To further irremediably taint the 3020-a process in NYC, many arbitrators take instructions from one party : the DOE.
How many teachers have been unjustly terminated or heavily fined in such a corrupt, deleterious environment ?
