Terrie :

You are most welcome. I just want you to know that my client,
Denise Goebel, although a litigant in that lawsuit,
has been trying to get out of it for some time (once she
realized that these folks had gone off the deep end)
and does not, in any way, appreciate or condone the advice
or tactics that are being employed.

I hope that all goes well

Richard
PS - I faced a similar recusal request in a decision I am rendering as an arbitrator right now.

richard,
many thanks for the heads up.

Theresa Europe is the Deputy Counsel to the Chancellor in charge of 3020-a trials. Teachers4action is a group of 50+ rubber room educators suing the DOE and the union. Krinsky tried to derail the lawsuit, while he represented a number of teachers in the 3020-a proceedings, in which the petit pettifogger sought "settlements" most of the time .

In another email, Krinsky asked the recipients to "keep it anonymous". Who are the recipients ? Theresa Europe and arbitrators presiding over Teachers4action's members trials. Breathtaking. (MORE)
" I faced a similar recusal request..." No kidding ! Can you blame someone asking the double-crosser to recuse himself as arbitrator ? What kind of justice can you except from a rat ?
